E-Mails that are moved to the quarantine queue (by the quarantine settings of the CISS Filter, Virusscanner or Spamfinder) are not delivered to the recipient.
They are listed in the corresponding Quarantine Queue.
E-Mails in the Queue can be deleted or delivered via right-click
Only the administrator (sf-admin) is allowed to access the virus quarantine (for security reasons) and download quarantined mails in zip format for further inspection
It is possible to search within quarantine queues
The quarantine queues may be sorted (e.g. for size) by clicking on the tab (e.g. Size)
In the spam queue, the filter that was the reason for the quarantine action is shown in the tab "Filter"
